OBC (non refundable) NOT showing on my-NCL account

hi

I have these free at sea:

1. UBP

2. SDP

3. 250 mins internet

4. $100 OBC (non-refundable)

 

On my cruise confirmation all 4 are listed as 'add-on' , but on my NCL account it only shows 1-3 and not the OBC. Why is this??

 

I am planning to use the OBC towards purchasing some additional SDP, will the system recognises that I have the OBC even if it's not listed ??

I know when I booked through a travel agent once, the non refundable OBC did not show up on my account (and they warned me of this) until a few weeks out because that's when they purchased it for us. That being said, I buy myself OBC every few weeks so that I am stocked up for my cruise in 2018, and not all of them appear on my ncl vacation summary either. Whenever I order one I call and ask them to send me an amenity invoice so I have proof. Good luck!

I have a similar problem...months ago..my stock ownership OBC was listed under "add ons"....now it is gone and has been for a few weeks...:confused:.
