Soda Package Question

Last May on the Allure, hubby and my kids all got the soda package. Apparently, they were also told they could get a bottled water with this package. I was doubtful of this, but he got a bottled water quite a few times and just showed his card, etc.

 

Hubby and I are now booked on the Harmony for next year in a Boardwalk Balcony cabin which includes the soda package. I was wondering if bottled water is still included with the soda package. I thought I saw that Royal has changed their packages somewhat. Does anyone know?

If you got bottled water with the soda package, you were fortunate. The basic soda package for $8.50 per day does not include bottled water.
