Scenic--what gives with their air?

Last year, when I booked for an October 2017 cruise on Scenic, they indicated that they'd be sending the air arrangements in November (2016). Here it is April, and still nothing re the air. Every inquiry is met with "another couple of weeks." I fly out of a smaller airport, so decent routings are hard to come by. I'm concerned that I won't get a decent routing if this drags on much longer. Their credit for not taking their air is about $350 less than the cost of booking the air myself, but I may need to do so just so I don't get stuck with multiple layovers to get to Paris. Anyone know what the hold up is?

LoneStarCruisinCouple here and we are going to Paris in September 24,2017 and have had our Airline tickets now for quite some time .
