Are any reservations held back for booking onboard or if it shows not availability online is that really what it is? We have a free specialty dining coupon from our TA, but it says that you must book once onboard and that it is only good for port days. For our upcoming sailing those dates are not showing any availability expect for 2 days at 9:00pm.

We made all of our specialty dining reservations on-board on embarkation day, and had no issue getting the days or times we wanted. Got all of our first choices too!
