Paradise question

On the Conquest the balcony partitions can be unlocked, is this true of the Paradise as well? I have heard that they can not be unlocked. If this is true, can someone share with me some information, or better yet, pictures of the partitions, especially of the hinges (if there are any), and what type of locks/screws/bolts/etc are used.

We had a cat 12 balcony on the Paradise and the partitions could not be opened. I'm not sure how they are fitted but I don't think you're meant to remove them.
