BOGO dinner package on Vision

I think the only reservable speciality restaurant on Vision of the Seas is Chops. Is it worth it to do the BOGO dinner package that makes you eat there on night 1and 2 which I guess means embarkation night. The day we embark is my daughter's 30th and don't know if I should do something special that night or wait until the next night
