Harmony dining rotation?

I received a message on my cruise planner informing me that once on board I can view my early seating dining rotation. I did not book any pay restaurants. I thought Oasis class ships did away with dynamic dining?

Here's my response on the other board:

 

When I was on Harmony early and late fixed dining was assigned to American Icon on deck 3 and My Time Dining was assigned to decks 4 and 5(Silk and Grande(?))

 

 

And here's the response from Ashland, a more recent cruiser:

I was just on HOTS last month and this is indeed correct.
