1320 just came available

Need help fast. Traveling on the mariner of the seas and OS 1320 just came up as available so I asked my TA to grab it. We are currently in OS 1600 but from what I have heard here on the boards that the hump is the most sought after rooms. Should I take the 1320? Do you get much noise from the stairs or the elevators? And what makes the hump that more special. Any help would be appreciated.

GRAB IT QUICK!!!!!!! RUN!! RUN!!

 

We were in 1320 in July, and booked again for July '06. It was wonderful!! Being on the center of the 'hump' affords the best view on the ship. We had originally been booked in 1300, and saw 1320 come up and grabbed it.

 

We did not have noise from the stairs/elevator. The bed part of the room has the bath between it and the hallway - and was always pretty quiet.

 

One thing we did have a problem with - the suites have doorbells. By Weds or so; the kids think it's cute to ring them. You can have it disconnected by asking the steward.

 

If Rohan is still working as steward - you will be royally taken care of.

ksoze we are on the 8th of january a week prior to your cruise on the 15th. Are you still wait listed for 1320?

Was in that same cabin (1320) on the Navigator a month ago. GET IT!!! We had no noise from the elevators at all, and the view is the best. You won't regret it.

Yes, waitlisted still. Not complaining as still technically "on the hump". Enjoy your cruise and leave the suite nice in case we switch ;)
