bobbie_81348 Posted November 22, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2005 We are going on the Miracle, December 11. We got our documents over the weekend. We had booked an inside guarantee, military rate and was upgraded to a 5A obstructed view room. We were pleased with that. My question is on our documents it states to go to VIP check-in. We have been on 10 Carnival cruises and have never noticed this written on our ticket packet. Can someone tell me if there is a special check in for military or what this might mean? I would appreciate the info. Thanks Barb
MrsBoo Posted November 22, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 22, 2005 I would guess that it is a perk for having sailed with them 10 times in the past.
cheshyrkat Posted November 22, 2005 #3 Share Posted November 22, 2005 Unless you got upgraded again to a suite...but that's not very likely. I'd say it would have to do with the number of times you have sailed Carnival in the past.
pacerzfan Posted November 22, 2005 #4 Share Posted November 22, 2005 That is a "perk" for sailing with Carnival 10 times (that and your Platinum Card).
bobbie_81348 Posted November 24, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted November 24, 2005 Thanks for the info. I think we will just enjoy the perk and not question it. Looking forward to the trip. Again thanks.
