Boarding Info

We are going on the Miracle, December 11. We got our documents over the weekend. We had booked an inside guarantee, military rate and was upgraded to a 5A obstructed view room. We were pleased with that. My question is on our documents it states to go to VIP check-in. We have been on 10 Carnival cruises and have never noticed this written on our ticket packet. Can someone tell me if there is a special check in for military or what this might mean? I would appreciate the info. Thanks Barb

I would guess that it is a perk for having sailed with them 10 times in the past.

Unless you got upgraded again to a suite...but that's not very likely. I'd say it would have to do with the number of times you have sailed Carnival in the past.

That is a "perk" for sailing with Carnival 10 times (that and your Platinum Card).
