OBC Certfiicates - Per Person?

When you go to buy OBC certificates at myncl they ask you to specify the guest for which you are purchasing. Does this actually stay separated on their room cards or does it end up being available to anyone in the cabin?

Depends if there is more than one account (credit card) set up for the cabin. If you want the OBC to specifically go to only one person in the cabin, you will need to try to find out if more than one credit account has been established. If there is only one account (say husband and wife), it would apply to the cabin and whatever is charged to the cabin.
