Patsfans Posted May 5, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2017 Hello is it correct that on the dawn you can't where shorts to the Venetian dining room? Does anyone know do they really turn you away? Going on the dawn for a back to back cruise
leithbones Posted May 5, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2017 Go to Aqua to avoid issues. That's the MDR where you can wear shorts. Have experienced being turned away, and not, with shorts at Venetian.
Rare BirdTravels Posted May 5, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 5, 2017 Hello is it correct that on the dawn you can't where shorts to the Venetian dining room? Does anyone know do they really turn you away? Going on the dawn for a back to back cruise No shorts. The are suppose to turn you away. Unless you are going to O'Shehans or the buffet, make an effort to dress as if you were going out to a restaurant for dinner.
Doughboy139 Posted May 5, 2017 #4 Share Posted May 5, 2017 No shorts are allowed in the Venitian and LeBistro for dinner....
hladygirl Posted May 5, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 5, 2017 My husband likes to wear shorts to dinner. He wears a nice pair with a nice shirt and looks good. We go to aqua to avoid issues. Aqua dining room seems to have faster service also. He does dress in pants to go to Le bistro.
phoenix1181 Posted May 5, 2017 #6 Share Posted May 5, 2017 Our adult son & his adult son have worn nice shorts with a collared shirt in the Venetian while on the Dawn, Boston to Bermuda cruise............
OUgal Posted May 6, 2017 #7 Share Posted May 6, 2017 I was on the Dawn in March and insisted that my husband wear khakis to dinner in the Venetian. We sat near the entrance and counted more than a half dozen men wearing shorts. No one was turned away -- husband was not happy with me. ALS1214 Posted May 6, 2017 #9 Share Posted May 6, 2017 No shorts are allowed in the Venitian and LeBistro for dinner.... My hubby got in with shorts on our last Dawn cruise. He asked the person up front and he looked at him and said he was fine to enter. I was shocked.
