SpaceCowboy9 Posted May 8, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2017 Planning for 2018 and one of our choices has a stop in St Kitts on Good Friday. Was anyone in St Kitts a few weeks ago on Good Friday? Are things operating or does everything shut down? Ferries/Tours/Taxis/Restaurants? This would be our third trip to St Kitts. We haven't taken the ferry to Nevis yet and are looking at that. Thanks! Rare crewsweeper Posted May 8, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 8, 2017 Others can correct me, but I believe Good Friday is considered a holiday and places like Brimstone Fortress will be closed. Resorts and beaches may have their own schedule, especially if a ship is in port. A ferry to Nevis may operate on a holiday schedule but there could possibly be ship excursions to there. Perhaps not your ideal way of getting there but a viable alternative if ferry schedules aren't easily matched with the time you have in port.
