Panhandle excursions?

Has anyone used Panhandle Excursions out of Juneau for whale watching or halibut fishing?

In some urban areas, I've seen vans that drop folks off at intersections; they seem to work cars at stop lights for cash....

I never thought they would be out in the smaller AK towns.

Guess the panhandlers think about vacation too.

When Alaskans refer to Alaska's panhandle they are referring to that area of southeast Alaska which is bordered on one side by British Columbia and the other by the Pacific ocean. Communities such as Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka are located in the "panhandle."
