Grandma of 4 Posted May 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2017 Once on board the Harmony, family members in our group intend to request duplicate room keys and switch rooms. I noticed on the online check-in print-out that even though the staterooms involved in this switch are only 2 rooms apart that 2 different muster stations are assigned. I assume each individual must report to the muster station listed on the print-out, not the muster station assigned to the room he/she has moved to. Am I correct? I am assuming attendance is taken according to seapass card scan, not stateroom number.

Ashland Posted May 16, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 16, 2017 We were just on HOTS and changed cabins around before the muster drill...we went to the muster station listed on the new SeaPass cards we were given at guest services.
Grandma of 4 Posted May 16, 2017 Author #4 Share Posted May 16, 2017 Thank you for this info, Ashland. It sounds like they were willing to give you new seapass cards, not just provide duplicate room key passes. Were your entertainment reservations and drink packages put correctly on your new seapass cards?
Ashland Posted May 16, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 16, 2017 Thank you for this info, Ashland. It sounds like they were willing to give you new seapass cards, not just provide duplicate room key passes. Were your entertainment reservations and drink packages put correctly on your new seapass cards? Yes, all our entertainment reservations (no drink package was purchased) were not a problem at all. Getting new SeaPass cards at guest services was much easier than I was anticipating ... it took just minutes for them to give us new cards...We then used the old ones to keep inserted into the card slot by the entry door to keep the lights and air activated.
