Pre-paid gratuity - how do Traditional dinning room wait staff get them ?

working with both TA and Princess Group Sale rep - all booking #s are linked.

but people in the group want to play 'musical chair' daily :-(

I don't think this should be an issue as long as the same number of people want to leave a table as those that want to join it.

But IMO doing this negates what I see as a benefit of traditional dining ...your waiter and assistant waiter get to know you. For example, when I sit down, my iced tea is already waiting for me at the serving station.
