Is the cost the same pre-sailing and if purchased onboard?

If you buy in advance, but change your mind when you board... well... not so easy.

 

I am in the camp that I never pay for anything until I have to and I KNOW I want it.

 

Like buying onboard credits in advance. I will deal with expenses when I board thank you.

Yea, I get #2. I should say I appreciate that some folks like this. Not knocking it at all.

 

With my credit card tied to my account I spend as much or as little as I desire. I do not have any issues that the prepaid OBC is on my account. I have no issues with what is refundable, spendable, etc. I have just read too many stories about people that spend their cruise dealing with the front desk over something. Just me.

 

Again, for those that want the money there in advance - go for it.
