Freckles_51 Posted May 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 19, 2017 Flying Auckland to Cairns with stop at Brisbane economy class. Forgetting price for the moment, is there much difference in the experience between Qantas and Virgin Australia? Both airlines use 737 on the flights I am looking at. Forgetting price for the moment, is there much difference in the experience between Qantas and Virgin Australia? Both airlines use 737 on the flights I am looking at. Both are full service airlines, my personal preference is Virgin, mainly because I stack my (FF Points) air miles with them through my credit cards, so both are fine for the trip AKL-BNE-CNS. One point of difference that may help you decide is who your normal airline partners with either to share your points earned down under or which airline may recognise your Freq Flyer status of your home airline. Otherwise I would go on price or schedule times that suit. Sent from my iPad using Forums
