Port Canaveral - Earliest Arrival Time

Sailing on the Liberty next week and we have FTTF. What's the earliest time you would suggest arriving? When do they generally let people in the terminal and start checking people in? I realize we can't board until

The ship is cleared and FTTF is called, but we'd like to get there early.

I'd say around 10:30

Yep, I'd not arrive before 10:30, as you'll wind up standing in the sun. I usually arrive at 11 or so, and walk right in.

10:45 - 11 am is what I always shoot for at PC no matter what terminal I sail out of. Its worked for 5 cruises out of three different terminals and two different cruiselines now :)

Don't they have the staggered check-in, where you have to pick a time?

If so, they strictly adhere to those times.

I know we have it for the Magic out of PC in June.

Not sure if it's the ship, or the port.

Yes they do have staggered check in times. However, we purchased "Faster to the Fun" so we should be free to check in and board at our convenience (after they board weddings, Platinum, suites etc).

 

We will shoot for arriving at the port around 10:30 and we will still need to drop bags, park etc.

Just yesterday the check-in times were available for our Dec 2017 cruise out of Port Canaveral. The earliest slot is 11-1130am. So I would imagine you could show up around 1030 and not wait long to get in. Maybe even 10am.
