GS Priority Disembarkation

Recommended Posts

Does GS on Allure have Priority Disembarkation? If yes what exactly does this mean.

thanks

Yes. It means they get the lowest numbered (earliest) luggage tags.

It means that you will meet in a designated area on disembarkation day and be escorted off the ship. You will be taken around all lines and escorted to the suites/Pinnacle luggage area and then to a designated customs area. Very fast, very efficient.

do they take off luggage (and then you retrieve on shore) or do you walk it off like self-disembarkation?

Your choice, but I'm not sure you will be escorted off the ship if you are doing self-assist disembarkation.

if I go with them taking me off would I have any problem making a 10:30 flight? I know this is too early for luggage valet. Trying to see what time I would be through customs with suite priority walk off

From what I can tell looking at a recent departure letter, it looks like the earliest luggage tags are scheduled for 8:05am to 8:20am. So if that schedule stays in place for your sailing, you should be outside the terminal by 8:30am, which should get you to the airport by 8:45am.

It depends on what time you pick to be escorted off. You will find out the times about 2/3 of the way through the week, pick the earliest

Just got off Oasis on Sunday. Suites/Pinnacle departures were 7:45 and 8:45 a.m. I took the 7:45 and was outside waiting for my ride at 8:15. I do not know what time they do it on Allure but I think it would be close to that time. The Suites/Pinnacles receive red luggage tags and they are left out in the hallway the night before, and you are escorted to that area to get your luggage and then you go through Customs.

We did the 830 on the same cruise and were on the rental car shuttle at 850. Fastest time ever
