Best way(s) to recognize Carnival Staff on past cruise

I have been told by several crew member's, that survey information does make a difference. When staff is applying for a change in status position or ship, guest feedback can make or break. When you are an assist waiter and you have multiple guest singing your praises you will likely be promoted.

Was told similarly by crew. They said positive comments are noted on their file by the corporate office.

LIke what the others have written here, my son, who works for Carnival,also says that the Survey is the best. I got to see the crew quarters in Feb. In a glass frame in the hallway they post 'em! :):)
