Rare MicCanberra Posted June 10, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 10, 2017 Woohoo, enjoy the Casino. My first thought when I read the title was 'What about Seiko, Citizen, Rolex, Swatch and Omega ?' I didn't think the type of watch you had really mattered for cruising. :p

WOW, that is pretty soon. Great news. :D Mind you, I am $20.00 gambler - when it's gone - it's gone, and that's usually for a week !!!!!!!!! Rare MicCanberra Posted June 11, 2017 #7 Share Posted June 11, 2017 I wonder if Carnival and P&O will rethink their decision now or if it was more to do with the ports up and down the WA coast.

It will certainly be interesting, Fremantle and Geraldton are deep ports - near the towns, Exmouth and Broome slightly different, but if people can't get ashore - they could gamble ;p The gambling issue with WA has always been a big thing for the cruise lines. They have sort of got round the duty free issues - as they open all the shops now whereby it was usually only the general store type, lollies band aids etc. The other shops sell all their merchandise even if it isn't duty free. Don't know about the alcohol store though.
