I then went to my son's reservation to make sure they completed their cruise docs yesterday. Same thing. Any clues why Royal would be in both reservations? mackenzie80 Posted June 20, 2017 #11 Share Posted June 20, 2017 This happened to me. As previously stated if you don't exit out of your reservation properly it can get locked up.
