Manatee Watch + Snorkeling?

:) :) We are headed to Belize in January, and my Mom really wants to see the Manatees. We also want to snorkel in the beautiful water. We went on an excursion with COral Breeze last time we were in Belize, and we weren't too impressed. Does anyone know of another company/excursion that includes the manatee watch as well as a lot of snorkeling time? Help!!!

Can I ask why you were not impressed with Coral breeze??? I am considering them for a group of 10- everyone can do what they like whether it be the beach or snorkeling???What did you not like?

It wasn't bad at all. Of course, I don't think I could have a bad time in Belize, on a cruise, etc! Below is a copy of another post of mine. I just wanted to try out a different company, but I would go with them again if nobody responds regarding the other companies.!

 

We did the Coral Breeze excursion in December 2004 (not too recent), and it was really fun. The guides were great. I didn't like the long ride to Caye Caulker, and the lunch they served was just okay. And, when it was time to snorkel with the sharks & rays, the guides forgot the bait, so that was a disappointment. We only saw a couple of rays and one shark. And, on the way back to the pier, the boat broke down, but just for a short time. We made it back with time to spare. They were a good company, and I've heard great things about them, but our experience wasn't fantastic... still I'm sure it was better (and cheaper!) than what we would have done had we booked it on the ship!
