Unlimited Soda package question

We really enjoyed our Soda and more package. The MDR waitstaff were great! I wanted a Diet Coke one night and then after that they had one waiting for us.

 

I think I had a virgin daiquiri every day.

They are included on the ships that make them. The Royal, Regal and Pacific do not make them.

what is the reasoning behind this decision

 

The Pacific does not have the ice cream counter that the other Princess ships have. Since the milkshakes are made at the ice cream counter on Princess ships, there are none on the Pacific.

 

The reasoning for the Royal and Regal is not known to us. They just never put the milkshake equipment at their ice cream stands on those ships.
