For the Diamond Plus speciality restaurant BOGO, how do you book it online as far as getting the second one free? I assume if you reserve it online you will have to pay for both at the time of booking? Sorry, I did try to search and could not find anything.

People do it two ways:

 

Book pre-cruise for one, and tell the restaurant once onboard that you will have two.

 

Book two pre-cruise, and get OBC for the second person.

 

I would choose the first option because that's the way Ellen does it.
