We sailed on Carnival Liberty on Thanksgiving week and had Freeport as a port of call. I noticed something really familiar in dry dock. Well it was Horizon :) .

For the first time in my life it became very clear to me and my family ... bigger isn't always better ... We were on beautiful ship with a good service, but I wished we were on something smaller... like Horizon or Century, rather than share our vacation with 3500+ people. It wasn't relaxing cruise!

Thanks for the photo. Whatever happened to the officers and crew of the Horizon? Were they transferred to other ships or did they lose their jobs?

Thanks for the picture. It makes me sad the Horizon was my first cruise experience and thanks to her, I have been cruising ever since. She will be missed, I was on her when she was just 3 months old.
