Oasis Cabins 12570 12568 12566 Problems with Hot Tub above?

We have these cabins booked and would like to hear from anyone who has stayed in them. Were there any problems from the hot tub that extends out above? Is there a loss of privacy?

 

Do the balcony dividers open for all three of these rooms? It looks like there is a metal support arm structure for the hot tub that might inhibit the balcony dividers from opening.
