Hi.I have 2 cruises booked one for May 18 and one for September 18.We have OBC for both cruises.The May one shows up on my cruise planner but the September one doesn't show.We have $300 OBC for September.Does any one know when this will show up?Thanks.

There is no set time for OBC to show up.

 

If the OBC is from a travel agent, it will not show up on Royal's website at all. If the OBC is from Visa points, that is added in order of cruise date, so if it's not there around 3 weeks before the cruise, then call RC.

The OBC is direct from Royal.It's on our paper work but not on cruise planner.

If you meant that the last cruise is in September 2018, it may be too early to purchase anything with the Cruise Planner.

 

If you meant that the last cruise was September 18, 2017, then I'd call Royal and find out why you can see the OBC.

It's for next September 2018.

Our OBC for Harmony in June 2018 showed as soon as the booking was made and nothing was available to buy then. I would check with Royal.

Does not show up online. Once the OBC is applied (they apply it in order of cruise date), you can call and get a Guest Copy of your booking confirmation..

I applied Visa OBC last Thursday for my 6/2/18 Harmony cruise.

It showed up today as a pop-up while checking the cruise planner.

 

I also received (without calling) an updated invoice today via email showing

the OBC. I guess they might have recently automated this process.
