Lol I sail on the Dream in a few days, has anyone tried any of the special restaurants and any meal recommendations??? Lol

Depending on whether you're doing the three or four day, and if it's your first Disney cruise, I would recommend just enjoying the regular rotation for a three day. For a four day, Remy is an experience not to be missed. If you want to try both Remy and Palo, you can schedule a Palo brunch, if you can get it at this late date.

There are lots of reviews of Remy and Palo available on line. I'm with the others--if this is your first cruise on DCL, enjoy the MDRs Next time around, you'll know which restaurant you're most comfortable with skipping in order to do adult only dining.
