ugadawgfan Posted July 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 7, 2017 Where would you suggest us going for a great Jamaician lunch close to cruise ship port in Ocho Rios? First time there.
ReggaeRoy Posted July 7, 2017 #2 Share Posted July 7, 2017 I would highly recommend Miss T's Kitchen in downtown Ocho Rios. Very diverse menu (not just jerk), nice location, and top notch service. The shrimp rundown, fried chicken, and oxtails are out of this world. Don't forget to have a rum punch!

Rare crewsweeper Posted July 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted July 7, 2017 As I recall Ms. T's is on the other side of the bay from the cruise terminal/pier. Walkable but could be a hot one. I'd take a taxi, worth the short ride. A closer walk, just up to Main Street from the pier then past the small park, is John Crow's Tavern. Mostly Jerk but good salt cod cakes and an interesting fish burger. Service is good and the beer is cold. Patio seating for people watching.
