Cash limit with Beverage Package on Glasses of Wine?

We are considering the Deluxe Drinking Package for my wife. What is the cash limit per glass of wine with the Deluxe Drinking Package on the Liberty of the Seas? I read that it was $12.

 

In addition, I plan on bringing the 2 allowed bottles of wine for myself. Am I allowed to transport the wine to the MDR or specialty restaurants for myself? I am not interested in RC opening or storing my wine at their price.

Last I saw the limit was $12.

 

With regard to the wine you bring on, you can be charged $15 per bottle if you bring it to a public venue. Does not matter if a crewmember opens it or stores it.

It was 12 10 weeks ago on Liberty, this covered almost all drinks but wine we liked was15 or 16 a glass s we paid the extra 3 or 4 dollars per glass , there is also a nice discount on wine by the bottle if you have the package
