Panama Canal Carnival Excursions

Hello. I'm looking for any feedback/advice on two excursions offered by Carnival that I'm interested in possibly booking. The first is called the Grand Tour (5 hours which basically includes a boat ride to the Embera Indians and a visit to the Gatun Locks) and the other is called the Panama Canal Tour (7 hours on a ferry through the locks and a visit to the city called Gamboa). Any information/advice you can offer about these tours, especially if you've been on one of them, would be greatly appreciated.
