It's not any more than a separate area with some snacks.

Last summer us was just a big room off to the side with rows of chairs. No snacks. No drinks. No organization as to who was plat diamond or fttf or arrival order. Just a mad rush after the wedding party. Would be great if it is different next week

When we sailed last April on the Pride we were in the room for minutes. It had rows of seats. a customer service counter with two PCs. They also had some drinks and pasties similar to what they serve on the ship.
