I haven't used them (since I live in Cozumel) but I can tell you that they are both reputable. Travel Notes is based in Canada, Papa Hogs is owned by a Canadian couple and is here in Cozumel. You can also contact Papa Hogs directly www.papahogs.com Margaret is a sweetheart, and Mike runs a tight ship. Very good operation.

papa hogs has a good reputation on the scubadiving.com message board and the scubaboard.com message board. I'd go with them, no problem.
