Take RT 287 south to RT 24 East to I-78 East. This will take you over the Newark Bay Bridge directly into Bayonne. After you pay the Toll, look for the signs directing you to the cruise ship. There's a lot of construction in that area. If you have a GPS or Waze, type in 4 Port Terminal Blvd. This will take you down a one-way road into the Terminal where you will drop off your luggage then proceed to the parking garage, which is right next door. It's really a short walk from the garage to the terminal.

What time did you arrive? Is there an optimum time when many have disembarked and the new rush has yet to start?

 

We had free parking voucher from TA and attendants told us to park on open parking lot. We parked there and it was perfect. So don't worry if garage is full, open lot is huge.
