Do you know that Royal Caribbean just told me that they do not charge us port charges; therefore, do not refund or give shipboard credit when that port is not visited? Anyone else had this issue/problem with them?

We aren't going to Cozumel next week but no credit given...what do you think about this????

Most of the cruiselines have one charge together for taxes and fees. They don't block out port charges. So that is how they get around not refunding the port charges.

But aren't you going to a different port (with port charges) instead? Or are they substituting an at sea day?
