Back to back help

Recommended Posts

Hubby and I are platinum crown and anchor members and will be doing back to back cruises next March I have 2 questions

We are platinum members but after first cruise we go to Emerald

1. Will this be recognised straight away and will we be issued a new card?

2. Do we have to go thru immigration again even tho we have same room. Or do we just get off like it's just a port?

Thank you in advance

You will have a B2B meeting that will go over the procedures but yes you will need to clear immigration at the end of the first cruise before the second one.

If you move up status during the first cruise let the LA know and you will be the higher level for the second cruise

This will be on the Voyager out of Sydney?

If you hit at least 55 points on Cruise #1, then you will be entitled to be recognized as Emerald on Cruise #2. Go have a chat with the Loyalty Ambassador on the first cruise. It can't hurt to take a print out of your points page from the RC website.

Sydney is an easy port for back to back cruising. You can either ask the Loyalty Ambassador when you have your chat about points, or wait until you get the letter in your cabin for consecutive cruisers.
