Irons on Enchantment

Recommended Posts

Can anyone tell me if there are irons in the cabins for Enchantment of the Seas.

Thank you,

Mike

There aren't any irons, in any cabin, on any ship. They're a fire hazzard. If you need to take something, take a steamer. I have heard they will confiscate an iron if they find it.

That's what I figured but never hurts to ask. Thanks for the quick reply.

Have fun on the ship! I did. Oh, and it's a funny thing, once onboard, I find I could care less if my clothes have a wrinkle or 2. More often than not, with the humid air, the wrinkles fall out anyway. Just hang stuff in the bathroom or on the balcony for a minute or two, if you have one. But make sure you secure it on the balcony, LOL.

Happy sailing!!

My friend decided she would have NO problem sending anything necessary out to be pressed. I'm sure her husband will agree.

As for securing items on the balcony, I drove my wife nuts until she came home with clothes pins yesterday. Gotta love the "Must Pack" thread. :D

Glad to hear you like EOS. We can't wait. This will be a long 4 days.

Have a happy holiday!

That's right, send it all out for pressing. Leaves you more time for foofoo drinks, casinos, pool games, etc.

Many cruise lines have irons/ironing boards available for passenger use (not to mention laundry facilities). If it really were a fire hazzard issue as opposed to a revenue enhancement issue, they would ban smoking in cabins.
