St Maarten ATV 4x4 Excursion

Can anyone give me some insight about the ATV excursion in Saint Marten. Is it a lot of fun? Is it worth the price? My husband and I are going on oasis in a couple weeks and are really thinking of doing this excursion if its good. We did a similar one in Jamaica in December and had so much fun we are hoping this one is very similar. Thanks

We did an island tour in St. Maarten (and had a wonderful day) so I can't add any personal experience. There may be more information in the ports of call board for St. Maarten if you haven't looked there.

We did it at Christmas and loved it. Its on road, and about 30 atvs, but very cool.

If this is your first time in St Martin, it will probably make you more comfortable to go out on your own the next time. It's a good way to see the island.

Did it 2 years ago and it was fun. You ATV in a line but you can get a good amount of speed up if you lag a little. Takes you straight through the middle of St. Maarten so dont be alarmed when you drive smack through the rough areas. Yes there are poor rough run down areas in St. Maarten. It's not all resorts and paradise. I had no idea. Tour takes you through town to Orient Beach which you can enjoy for about an hour or so, then the our takes you a different route back along the opposite side of the island through resort area. The guide stops in a scenic area for photos.
