What time is the earliest tender that you can sign up for when in the Cannes port? When can you sign up?

Lots of options. It's on your tv in your room and they book up quickly however we wanted to be on the first one and was taken so just went to guest relations and they sorted it. We needed to meet. A guide at 8.30 and picked the first one but was there early and found we could get straight on and they weren't interested in swiping the card. We were too early. It leaves from the corner stairs by cagneys.
