Chef's Table Wine Pairing?

I have only experienced a Chef's Table on another cruise line and they paired each course with a different wine ( 6-7 courses with different wines)....we are sailing on Vista in October and are considering the Chef's Table....do they also offer the different wine pairings?

I have done several CT's and was just offered red or white. No pairing.
