Assuming that cigar smoking is really not allowed outside the one5lounge whatever that is, you must be a very important person to assume that rules are for everyone but you.

Your argument is fallacious, in that it could be applied equally to any rulebreaking. "Why did you decapitate that man with a broadsword?" "Oh, like you never break the speed limit."

 

If you wish to pursue this argument by analogy, you need to demonstrate that your rulebreaking is at least no more harmful to others than speeding is, but there you'll get some pushback. Not from me (I perceive cigar and cigarette smoking in the designated smoking areas to be about equally harmful to me personally), but I'm sure others would disagree.

The smoking area on the aft deck, 16 or whichever it is, is the friendliest spot on the ship. I've smoked cigars there and the cigarette smokers are shocked that I'm breaking the rules by doing so. The people back there represent a wide swath of society and have all been very nice people.
