Seaside booking promotion

Does anyone know when the "MSC Seaside Onboard Credit Plus" promotion began running? I booked my YC in March and don't see where I was given the free WiFi or the OBC. Before I call them, I want to make sure the promo was in place.

When is your sail date? The promo that was in place in March 2017 was for sailings up to May 2018. If your sailing is after June 2018, you would have had to book in April 2017 or later to get the promo. The promos overlapped but it is possible to have booked during the promo for a date that wasn't included.

 

I booked earlier but my sail date is after May 2018. I didn't get the promo. I would have had to cancel and re-book after the promo was extended.
