Are you talking about Portland HeadLight in Cape Elizabeth? Answer would be no. you can Google Portland tour companies, there a reasonable local ones that will take you there. Also, try Lyft and do a prearranged pick-up. Beautiful spot

Yeah, I'm also assuming you mean the Head Light, as there are also Spring Point and Bug lights in the Portland area. Portland Head is in a state park in the suburb of Cape Elizabeth. The others are in South Portland. There are not cab stands or waiting cabs at any of the locations. You could uber/lyft or call a local cab company when you want to get picked up, and they will come to the park and take you back to the pier. Most of the local cab companies will also do timed pick ups, so if you know when you'd want to come back, let the driver on the way there know, and he can arrange it with the dispatcher.
