They both do.

 

No, neither of them have the new menu yet - they both still have the older menu that includes the wagu beef, the "yin and yang" tomato soup, the coronet cone appetizer, the mango sphere appetizer, etc.

As of this month, only the Carnival Breeze, Carnival Dream, Carnival Magic, and the Carnival Vista all have a newer different menu.

Just off the Pride a few weeks ago. It's the older menu. At least it was new to us, since the last time we went to Chef's Table was 2010.
