lorenzod Posted August 24, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2017 Last time we sailed the NCL Sun we remembered the long wait we had going thru customs. Me in a wheelchair and my poor husband who has bad knees. Unlike other ships the NCL Sun does not have a separate line for handicapped cruisers. Has this changed? We had a porter but he just stayed with us in the long regular line with everyone else. We are sailing in November. lorenzod

Maybe your husband should sign up for wheelchair assistance. My husband's wheelchair escort has always taken him through customs to taxi or shuttle.
