You should have gotten a letter when you reached Diamond Status which you bring to the Steakhouse for your free dinner. If not, give the Diamond Desk a call. :cool:

When we called the Steakhouse to make our reservation, we were told they would make a note that we were to bring our letter with us. We did and just left an additional tip in cash. This was a few years back for us. Enjoy, it's a nice benefit.

I was told to just to go to guest services and they would take care of it. A bit leery but will see what happens on b2b in Nov. wanting to use wife's on first cruise, mine on second cruise

That would only get you 4000 points. To get the steakhouse comped you would need about twice that amount.

 

In any case OP was asking about the Steakhouse meal that is comped for you Diamond milestone cruise.

Going to steakhouse is a decision we make once we are on the ship. Very often we enjoy spending time with tablemates so much we forego steakhouse.

You can call the dedicated phone # that Carnival provides for Diamond cruisers and request a duplicate letter. I was told I needed to bring that letter to the Steakhouse on the evening we booked our dinner there.
