wildcatinms Posted August 30, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 30, 2017 I just wanted to pass this along to those who may not be familiar with using the ship's wi-fi and this would have been helpful to me last month as a first time user. Especially if you are using it to communicate with your group on the ship. My experience was that every time we would go back on the ship after being in port all day that we had to go back in and reconnect to the wi-fi through the Hub app. It did not automatically reconnect us. Therefore if you are sending texts or FB messages to your group they will not be getting them until this is done on both sides. Or at least that was my experience on the Triumph. Happy Sailing!
