South Beach Hotel help for friends

Has anyone actually stayed at the Best western on Washington in South Beach, Florida? I need pics if possible.

South Beach is a very very expensive place to stay, and I don't think it should be done on the cheap. You need to be very careful with those inexpensive South Beach hotels. They're all very old, most haven't been modernized and are quite nasty, as is this one IMO.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in South Beach and Trent is right on the money. You either pay a lot and get a fantastic hotel or you are booked in a dump. There are really no in-between hotels. The dumps end up being bought, refurbished, and made into a luxury resort.

 

You can find reasonable room rates in the off season but the off season is only May thru mid June and September-Thanksgiving.
