Rare MillbrookMom Posted September 4, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 4, 2017 I often see this offered and have good intentions of trying it, but at 7am I usually sleep through it (hey I'm on vacation...lol). Anyway, I thought I'd ask if anyone has tried it? What it's like? and if I should make a point of getting up to actually go on our upcoming December cruise. Rare MillbrookMom Posted September 4, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted September 4, 2017 I loved it. A great way to start your day. Highly recommend. How long does it go for and it is more standing stretches? laying down? or a combo. I did a stretch class at a spa once and it was amazing
Florida Fan Posted September 5, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 5, 2017 I've been a regular at the stretch class on many cruises. I'd say they range from good to great, depending on the instructor. None were bad. Usually they involved both standing and lying down. The first day usually has a good crowd, and then people start sleeping in. I loved starting the day with the stretch class. FYI, I've often seen the stretch class offered just before dinnertime too. Check the Cruise Compass. I think afternoon classes were around 5 pm, but I never went because I always liked to go for a drink and then have early dinner.

Do you need to make a reservation?

No need to make a reservation, it is first come. If there are a lot of people you may not get a mat.
